Natural Remedies For Treating A Skin Rash

Body rashes are very common among people. They refer to a skin condition where the skin takes up a different color and affects the texture of the skin. But these rashes do not cause and discomfort. These rashes do not bug one. Rashes are of two kinds. The first one is a generalized rash and they occur on the entire body while the other category is of localized rashes and they occur on some of the body parts. Causes of a rash can be many. Any kind of fabric worn, or any skin ailment existing, food allergies, cosmetic allergy, rashes caused by the use of perfumes and many more, can cause them.

To treat a body rash at home, the first step should be to clean the rash with chamomile tea. This material is said to have fantastic healing properties.

Similarly olive oil can also be used to treat a body rash. It is because the olive oil can penetrate through the layers of the skin and cure the rash.

Aloe vera gel again plays a vital role in curing a rash s it has many anti-septic and healing qualities, which helps the skin to heal.

Vitamin E is very important for skin. It is said that this vitamin in any form like gel or cream can help the skin to overcome any kind of a rash. Also cod liver oil, which is a great source of vitamin E, can be applied on the rash and it would help in healing of the rash.

For the above stated reason, an oatmeal bath can do wonders to your skin if it has a rash. For this, take a cup full of uncooked oatmeal and pour it in the bathtub full of water. If a bath is taken with this water, it helps in healing of the skin and the rash gradually disappears.

If a dab of calcium water done on the rash would not only take away the inflammation but eventually would take away the rash itself. For this, soak a cotton pad in calcium water and put it on the rash.

For treating a rash you can use this method mentioned here. Take leaves of holy basil and grind them. Add a tablespoon of olive oil in it. Take two cloves of garlic and make a paste. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix all the elements together and apply as a smear to the rash. This is one of the best ways to treat a body rash at home.

One should always remember that using of herbal and natural products is always preferred in treating a skin rash. You should completely avoid the use of chemical on a rash.

Also, a rash should never be exposed directly to heat and sunlight. Keep it wrapped under cotton of clothes, as it is quite susceptible to an infection. It should also be protected from any kind of pollution.
