Home remedies for headaches

Headaches are caused due to one or more of the following reasons: allergies, constipation, tension, eye strain and fluctuations in the blood sugar levels.

To cure headaches the following home remedies are very good:

- Boiling a few sprigs of rosemary herb in water and inhaling the steam is a good remedy for cold induced headaches.

- Inhalation of eucalyptus oil in water is also a very good remedy for sinus induced headache conditions

- A paste of cinnamon and water when applied to the forehead is also a good remedy for head ache.

- A concoction prepared by immersing a few leaves of henna in vinegar and then applying it to your forehead is a proven remedy for headaches induced by heat.

- A plaster of dried lemon peels when applied to your fore head is a very good remedy for headaches.

- To cure headaches induced due to migraine conditions prepare the following concoction:

· 300 ml of carrot juice

· 200 ml of spinach juice

- Using the above prepare a 500 ml solution and drink it daily. This is a very good remedy for migraine headaches.

· 100 ml of beetroot juice and cucumber juice

· 300 ml of carrot juice

- Using the above prepare a solution and drink it alternatively with the addition of the above ingredients 200 ml of spinach and 300 ml of carrot juice.
