Here are a few home remedies to treat allergies:

- The intake of vitamins like B5 and other pantothenic acids are very beneficial in treating allergic reactions. Vitamin E when taken in a daily dose of 500 mg is a very good remedy for allergies as it possess anti allergic properties.

- Lemon juice along with water and honey taken the first thing in the morning is as very good remedy to fight allergic reactions.

- The use of juices of vegetables like carrots, beetroots, cucumbers are very beneficial in combating allergic reactions.

- Fresh fruit juices as well as abstaining from foods like chicken products, dairy products helps in getting rid of the allergic reactions.

- To combat allergic reactions induced due to stress and tension; meditation, exercise, and relaxation methods are very good. The daily practicing of these helps in removing the factors that contributes to stress thus lessening the occurrence of stress induced allergies.
