Have you ever experienced a head ache where it seems that your head has become heavy and is filled with some sort of liquid? It seems that whenever you shake your head, the liquid inside rolls and you get a wave of ache.
A simple solution that we have seen work is newspapers. Yes, you read it right. Newspapers seem to absorb the water and leave you fresh the next day. For this purpose, you should use the absorbent variety of newspapers and not the glossy ones. Keep a bunch of them as a pillow while you sleep. When you wake up, you will find that the papers are wet and your head ache is gone!
